All stationery ordered from Bannwater Crafts will be subject to the following terms and conditions. By entering into a transaction with Bannwater Crafts you agree to these terms and conditions.
Stationery
From the outset it is important to note that all the items of stationery I make are individually crafted by hand. Therefore not every item will be identical and there may be some slight variations, though I will endeavour to keep this to a minimum.
Samples
Samples can be purchased via our website. Any specific design changes are available at a charge of £25 per set (Day/Evening Order Of Service)
Minimum Order
There is a minimum order value of £10 for all orders placed.
Prices
Prices quoted in my Price List and on the website are correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect orders which have already been confirmed.
Prices include printed inserts for invitations, order of service and menus. Matching coloured envelopes will be provided with invitations and thank you cards. Printing of guests names and addresses is available for an additional cost.
Place cards are supplied blank unless this service is paid for. Additional printing costs apply for individual guest names on items of stationery e.g. place cards and invitations.
Ordering and Payment
To secure your order a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total order value will be required before I commence any work on your order. This includes me ordering in any additional supplies needed to make your order.
Once the deposit has been received working proofs will be sent for your approval. Proofreading is the responsibility of the client so please check your proofs very carefully. Any changes made after I have received the signed proof may be charged for if production has already begun.
The outstanding balance will need to be paid in full before the despatch of your final package.
Receipts will be issued for all payments received.
Please allow six weeks from the date we receive your payment (and from the date a cheque clears) for the completion of each section of your order.
Please make cheques payable to Bannwater Crafts. Under no circumstances will orders be despatched before payment has cleared.
Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging rates within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland are applied on a sliding scale based on the total value of your order

All packages despatched over the value of £50 are sent Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. All packages over the value of £150 are sent Special Delivery and also will require a signature upon delivery. Should you require additional insurance for your package additional charges may apply.
I shall not be held responsible for loss or damage in transit, although every endeavour will be made to ensure that your stationery is packages correctly.
Cancellation
If an order is cancelled all completed work must be paid for that exceeds the deposit paid.
In the unlikely event of Bannwater Crafts cancelling your order you will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund, including deposit, will be given.
Copyright
All designs, portfolios and any other promotional material designed for use by Bannwater Crafts are covered by copyright and remain the property of Bannwater Crafts and may not be copied under any circumstance. All rights reserved.
The client is responsible that they have permission to use any any material (e.g. poems and hymns) you ask Bannwater Crafts to include in your stationery. In particular you agree to indemnify Bannwater Crafts against any action brought against it for breach of a third party's copyright.
Data Protection
Bannwater Crafts uses customer's personal data solely for the purposes of completing your order. Your data will not be passed on to any third party for marketing or any other purposes.
Complaints
Should you not be satisfied with the service or the products your receive from Bannwater Crafts please write to me with your concerns. I will endeavour to rectify the situation so all parties are happy.
In the case of faulty products I require the items which are to be replaced or refunded to be returned to Bannwater Crafts before any refund or exchange is given. All postage costs incurred to return the items will be reimbursed by me. Refunds and exchanges will only be made if the stationery is found to be faulty, or does not meet your order specifications.
